Shipping Policy

  • Builders Repair Solutions ships anywhere within the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and packaging requirements.

  • Oversized items may include additional carrier surcharges.

  • Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

  • If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges.

Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be: 

  • Unused 

  • Uninstalled 

  • In original, re-sellable condition. Items showing signs of installation, cutting, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at shill@buildersrepairsolutions with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • We will provide return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is delivered.
